Note: John bought this food processor (Breville BFP800CBXL) with his own money, and Breville (or any entity or person related to Breville) did not pay John, Salma, or Conservative New Media ("CNM") to do this video, nor ask them to do this video. This is all their personal opinion only, and their true honest opinions.
My wife Salma loves to cook. So, I wanted to get her some great appliances that could help her in the kitchen. The first major kitchen appliance I bought for her was a Breville Sous Chef 16 cup food processor (I think this may now be called the Breville Sous Chef 16 Pro). This was a tough choice between this and the Cuisinart competing model. However, ultimately, after doing a lot of research and speaking to people at department stores and seeing both models, I felt the Breville was better for us, and looked better to me. In my opinion, this is a good looking solid kitchen tool that can make complicated recipes a bit easier. It has a 16 cup capacity and a 1200W motor. It also comes with a variety of discs and nice storage box for them. As always, do you own diligence and decide for yourself, but I simply wanted to show you what I bought, and why. Lastly, I'm not giving you any advice, I'm just telling you what I did. Please check out our video review below.
